This technique, utilizing polyurethane spray products such as polyurethane foam spray, serves multiple purposes including moisture control and optimization of temperature regulation within the residences. By integrating closed cell polyurethane foam insulation, these measures have effectively reduced energy consumption throughout the year.
Notably, residents have experienced a significant temperature differential of up to 8 degrees Celsius less in summer and more in winter, leading to decreased reliance on electric heating and cooling systems.
